Send a takedown notice

Email the designated copyright agent at dmca@silknovel.com. A valid notice under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. The exact page URL or enough detail for us to locate the material.
  4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, email dmca@silknovel.com with the removed material, its prior location, your contact information, the required consent to jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken.
